AniReads Copyright & Intellectual Property Protection Guidelines
AniReads respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the AniReads website.
AniReads does not host any manga content directly. We are a non-profit indexing service. All manga covers, chapters, metadata, and pages are indexed from independent third-party sources. No copyright-infringing media files are stored on our servers.
Submitting a Copyright Infringement Claim
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements by submitting a DMCA Notice containing the following information:
- Identification of Work: A clear description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- URL Identification: The exact URLs on AniReads containing references or links to the alleged infringing material.
- Contact Details: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy & Signature: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner, accompanied by a physical or electronic signature.
